How buying a ReadyPool works
A plain-language overview. The Customer Purchase Agreement is the document that governs your order. For prices, see pricing; for site use, see the website terms.
1. Configure and review
Choose options for each pool on Buy Your ReadyPool. Before any payment you see the exact total — pool and options, any ReadyPool delivery charge and applicable tax — plus the complete Purchase Agreement and Limited Warranty filled in with your order. If tax, transport, your agreed date or a specification still needs confirming, we send a confirmed quote first; nothing is charged.
2. Pay a deposit or the full price
The deposit is $3,000 per pool, credited to the price. The balance is due when we notify you in writing that your pool is ready for dispatch, and it must clear before the pool is released. Payment is handled on Stripe’s secure page; Ready Pool never receives your full card or bank details. Signing alone never authorizes a debit.
3. Your payment submits an order request
Ready Pool accepts the purchase only after you (and every other named Buyer) sign the Purchase Agreement, an authorized Ready Pool representative countersigns, and the accepted copy is sent to you. Production starts only after acceptance and after any required payment has cleared.
4. Before acceptance you can withdraw
If you withdraw, we decline or your request expires unaccepted, you get a full refund to the original payment method. An unaccepted request expires seven calendar days after payment; the exact date and time are shown before you pay.
5. After acceptance
Cancellation, delay and refund rights are set out in Sections 3 and 4 of the agreement, including the cap on deductions before production and the late-dispatch refund right. Any shipping, notice and refund rights you have under the law always apply.
Electronic records and paper
Electronic delivery and signing are optional. You can ask for paper signing or free paper copies, or withdraw electronic consent, at any time: finance@readypool.com or (813) 330-7599.
